The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed according to the Polk County Jail docket book.
Marcus James McCain Hall, 21, of 128 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of cocaine possession and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.
Clay Carlton Beatty, 34, of 374 White River Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of driving on a suspended license (third violation), no insurance, affixing a tag to misrepresent and suspended registration. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.
Robin Lynn Coats, 45, of 3798 Johnson Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act and cruelty to children in the third degree. Coats remains in the Polk County Jail.
Alvarovinicio Gonzalez Sebastian, 23, of 1010 Georgia Avenue, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of driving unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. He was released on a property bond.
Ashland Gerard Arenas, 24, of 321 4 th St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of DUI, driving while unlicensed and failure to maintain lane. He was released on a property bond.
Terry Dewayne Robinson, 39, of 480 Cashtown Loop Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of criminal trespass, battery under FVA, and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Julian Mendez Garcia, 37, of 110 Johnson St., #13, Cartersvile, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of suspended registration, no proof of insurance and driving unlicensed. He was released on a property bond.
Carl Edward Bailey Jr., 29, of 312 Pearl St., Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 24 on a probation violation and a failure to appear in Probate Court. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Tony Lee Deems, 43, of 314 Hogue Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 24 on charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault, and criminal trespass under FVA. He was released on a $1,000 bond.
Jackie Ladale Roberson, 36, of 19 Williams St., Aragon, was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane. She was released on a property bond.
Michael Wayne Graham, 30, of 185 New Prospect Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 25 and charged with criminal trespass and stalking under FVA. He was released on a property bond.
Earl Ballew, 37, of 634 Georgia Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 25 on drug-related objects and methamphetamine possession. He was released on a property bond.
Kelly Leanne Conner, 43, of 623 Jackson St., was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of no proof of insurance and driving with a suspended license. She was released on a property bond.
Charlie Edward Moxley, 21, of 116 Arbon Chase Parkway, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 27 on charges of obstruction or hindering a person from making emergency calls, simple battery under FVA, and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.
Season Hali Gamel, 31, of 374 White River Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of drug-related objects, drugs not in original container, possession of a schedule III drug, and possession of a schedule IV drug. She was released on a property bond.
Justin Jose Rodriguez, 57, of 1863 County Road 392, Crossville, Ala., was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of speeding, no proof of insurance, driving a vehicle while unlicensed, affixing a license plate with intent to conceal, and operating an unregistered vehicle. He was released on a property bond.
Shareka Contrell Samples, 30, of 121 Davis Drive, Cartersville was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of crack cocaine possession and possession of drug-related objects. She remains in the Polk County Jail.
Jan Marie LaPointe, 48, of 3224 Plymouth Rock Dr., Douglasvile, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of DUI and expired tag. She was released on a property bond.
Dumont Camp, 54, of 203 Hampton St., Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of obstruction of a 911 call, battery under FVA, and aggravated assault under FVA. He was released on a property bond.
Bobby Henry Singleton, 54, of 804 Wilson Road, Temple, was arrested Oct. 28 on charges of violating a tail light requirement, no proof of insurance, driving while unlicensed and giving false information. He remains in the Polk County Jail.
Jerry Wayne Deems, 39, of 5138 Collard Valley Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 29 on charges of open container, resisting arrest, public drunk, and theft by shoplifting. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.
Kindall Dewayne Davis, 34, of 224 Tuck St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 30 on charges of criminal trespass, terroristic threats and acts, both under FVA, and public drunk. He was released on a property bond.
