Jasmond Rayshun Lester, 30, of 628 MLK Drive, Rockmart, was arrested April 6 on charges of giving a false name and date of birth and obstruction. He was released on his own recognizance.

Joseph Lee Elrod, 19, of Lot 24 Morton Springs Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 6 on charges of driving while unlicensed, and operating a motor vehicle without a registration. He was released on a property bond.

Jimmy Larry Atkins, 51, of 3 Ridge View Drive, Cedartown, was arrested April 6 on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. He was released on a property bond.

Donna Taylor Temple, 45, of 70 Diamond Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 6 on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. She was released on a property bond.

Karen Jean McCurry, 40, of 36 Eagle Bald Road, Jacksonville, Fla., was arrested April 6 on charges of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and conspiracy to traffick methamphetamine. She was released on her own recognizance.

Anthony Glenn McClung, 48, of 1050 Holland Road, Powder Springs, was arrested April 7 on charges of reckless conduct, aggressive driving and pointing or aiming a pistol at another. He was released on a property bond.

Calvin Andrew McCarthy, 23, of 410 Olive St., Cedartown, was arrested April 7 on charges of criminal interference with government property and batter. He was released on a property bond.

Jeremy Todd Alford, 31, of 1394 Cunningham Road, Rome, was arrested April 7 on charges of criminal trespass and simple assault. He was released on a transfer bond.

Timothy Blair Nevins, 49, of 154 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested April 7 on charges of driving with a suspended license and suspended registration. He was released on a property bond.

Jermichael Sheffied, 30, of 515 George Wallace Drive, Apt. 20C, Gadsden, Ala., was arrested April 7 on charges of driving without a license and speeding. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Steven Lamar Waddell, 57, of 687 Portland Road, Aragon, was arrested April 7 on charges of three counts of aggravated assault, five counts of terroristic threats, simple battery, four counts of simple assault, all under the Family Violence Act and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Patrick Vincent Keane, 37, of 1601 Atlanta Highway, Rockmart, was arrested April 8 on charges of probation violation and failure to appear in magistrate court. He was released on time served.

Kaleb Selman Garrison, 25, of 843 College St., Rockmart, was arrested April 8 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, marijuana possession with intent to distribute, and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. He was released on a property bond.

Tammy Tonise Swepenizer, 22, of 843 College St., Rockmart, was arrested April 8 on charges of marijuana possession, marijuana possession with intent to distribute and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. She was released on a property bond.

Charles Robert Coleman Jr., 51, of 18 Wheeler Road, Rockmart, was arrested April 8 on charges of false imprisonment, interference with ER calls, and simple battery, all under Family Violence Act. He was released on a property bond.

Ryan Victor Seth Baldwin, 26, of 111 Morgan St., Rockmart, was arrested April 9 on charges of failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended license. He was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.

Carlos Porfirio Esteban Chavez, 49, of 741 Sixth Street Road, was arrested April 9 on charges of driving while unlicensed and a headlights requirement. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Shontasha Sherfia Clark, 34, of 730 Cooper St., Cedartown, was arrested April 9 on charges of two counts of failure to appear in municipal court, tag light and headlight requirements. She was released per the request of the Rockmart Police Department.

John Wayne Pope, 55, of 584 Relay Road, Silver Creek, was arrested April 9 on charges of driving in violation of a conditional limited permit and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was released on his own recognizance.

Richard Franklin Garner Jr., 46, of 1857 Lake Creek Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 9 on charges of aggravated assault under Family Violence Act, cruelty to children in the third degree, and terroristic threats under Family Violence Act. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jeana Lynn Carnes, 34, of 55 Franklin St., Cedartown, was arrested April 9 on charges of theft by receiving. She was released on a property bond.

Jim Rome Willousghby, 28, of 3738 Rockmart Road, Rockmart, was arrested April 9 on charges of deposit account fraud. He was released on a cash bond.

Eliv Ochoa Pineda, 28, of 190 Morris Drive, Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of driving with suspended license and failing to apply for a new license within 60 days of an address change. Pineda was released on a property bond.

Christopher Bryon Colvin, 45, of 2647 Old Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of criminal trespass, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug-related objects. He was released on a property bond.

Maurice Latrelle Fowler, 21, of 539 Judkin Mill Road, Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of failure to signal when changing lanes and driving with a suspended license. He was released on his own recognizance.
