The following people were arrested on the listed charges according to the Polk County Jail docket book.

Debbie Lynn Shaw, 48, of Park Street, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 13 and charged with disorderly conduct, littering and public drunkenness. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Maggie Marie Thompson, 22, of 221 John Hand Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of unauthorized use of a financial card and deposit account fraud. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Michael Scott Haney, 41 of 18 Elm St., Aragon, was arrested Oct. 13 on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane. He was released per the request of Aragon Police Department.

Donnie Edward Lumpkin, 57, of 50 Davistown Road, Taylorsville, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container. He was released per the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Quwwah Jahada Bonaparte, 18, of 350 Jones Washington Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of disorderly conduct and terroristic threats. Bonaparte remains in the Polk County Jail.

Eucebio Lucas Lopez, 27, of 121 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of giving a false name and date of birth, no license, and no proof of insurance. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Stacey Diane Presley, 24, of 247 McKeown Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 14 on charges of two counts of failure to appear in Municipal Court and theft by shoplifting. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Courtney Latrell Furner, 17, of 823 Forrest Ave., Apt. 6, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree. She was released on a property bond.

Martha Reva Moreno, 26 of 202 Noland St., Piedmont Ala., was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of five counts of deposit account fraud and burglary. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Danny Hugh Smith, 54, of 2586 Buchanan Highway, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree. He was released on a property bond.

Serigo Hernandez, 27, of 15 South St., Newnan, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of no brake lights, driving while unlicensed, no proof of insurance, and suspended registration. He was released on a transfer of bond.

Jeffrey Lamar Davis, 24, of 9970 Old Rome Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of terroristic threats and acts, and simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). He was released on a property bond.

Terri Regina Mitchell, 51, of 53 Pine Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of not having drugs in original container, theft by shoplifting and criminal trespass. She was released on a property bond.

Ashley Michelle Deene, 22, of 159 Coleman Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of DUI, DUI child endangerment, and driving on the wrong side of the road. She was released on a property bond.

Demarko Renalle Ware, 32, of 3551 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 15 on charges of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jennifer Lynn Jenkins, 24 of 3551 Collard Valley Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 15 of methamphetamine possession and possession of drug-related objects. She was released on a bond transfer.

Jessica Lynn Andrews, 24, of 3 Elm St., Aragon, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of failure to maintain lane, seatbelt violation and DUI. She was released on a property bond.

Fuchsia Celeste Long, 32, of 1800 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of failure to maintain lane and DUI. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Lola Marie Runyan, 21, of 24 Adamson Drive, Apt. 29, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 16 on charges of cruelty to children in the first degree and child abandonment. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Cason Perez Diaz, 23 of 103 Kirton St., Apt. 2, Rome, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of driving while unlicensed and defective equipment. He was released on a property bond.

Davie Lee Upton, 48, of 2525 Browning Road, Lot A, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of hunting without a license, hunting without permission and hunting after dark. He was released on a property bond.

Gerardo Sequra, 21, of 208 Merritts Ave., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 17 on charges of DUI-less safe, driving while unlicensed, failure to maintain lane and possession and consumption of alcohol under 21 years old. He was released per the request of the Cedartown Police Department.

Bidel Perez, 27 of 2525 Ware St., Atlanta, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of driving too fast for conditions and driving while unlicensed. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Chris Allen Fennell, 32, of 2482 Eastern Ave., Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of theft by deception, and forgery in the first degree. He was released on a property bond.

Gina Gonzales, 21, of 48 Lowry Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of battery, and cruelty to children in the third degree. She was released on a property bond.

Anita Gilette Alford, 39, of 427 Park St., Apt. 5, Cedartown was arrested Oct. 18 on charges of robbery by sudden snatching and auto entry. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Luis Alberto Rivera-Torres, 24, of 504 Bukhed Trail, Jonesboro, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of driving while unlicensed; tag light required, and window tint violation. He was released on a property bond.

Kenya Tamisha Burge, 21, of 19 McCowen Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of speeding, and driving in violation of a license restriction. She was released on a property bond.

Justin Edwin Oliver, 21, of 1005 Brock Road, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of battery and false imprisonment under FVA. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Jimmy Monroe Williams, 35, of 75 Whitman Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of simple battery and cruelty to children in the third degree under FVA. He was released on a property bond.

Felicia Lee Fortune, 34, of 46 Robin Hood Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 19 on charges of DUI and failure to maintain lane. She was released on a property bond.

Rolando Perez-Ramas, 37, of 230 Clyde Drive, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 21 on charges of littering, driving while unlicensed, and giving false information. He was released on a property bond.

Randy Wayne Wilson, 51, of 4030 Jade Atkins Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct 21 and charged with failure to appear in Magistrate Court and failure to appear in Superior Court. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Ashley Rebecca Cook, 21, of 212 Jones Ave., Apt. C, Rockmart, was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of simple battery under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Gary Pickett Mullinax, 64, of 15550 Felton-Rockmart Road, Buchanan, was arrested Oct. 22 on charges of endangering security interest.

Courtyney Danielle Winkles, 18, of 720 Cooper St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of fleeing and attempting to elude and reckless driving. She was released on a property bond.

Weston Lee Easterwood, 18, of 80 Beaver Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and improper backing.

Ashlea Dawson Harris, 26, of 267 Roper Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of forgery in the first degree, failure to appear in Magistrate Court, and deposit account fraud. She was released on a cash bond.

Marcus James McCain Hall, 21, of 128 Central St., Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of possession with intent to distribute, cocaine possession and obstruction. He was released on a property bond.

Clay Carlton Beatty, 34, of 374 White River Road, Aragon, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of suspended license, no insurance, affixing a tag with attempt to conceal and suspended registration. He was released at the request of the Aragon Police Department.

Robin Lynn Coats, 45, of 3798 Johns Lake Road, Cedartown, was arrested Oct. 23 on charges of terroristic threats and acts under FVA and cruelty to children in the third degree. Coats remains in the Polk County Jail.
