Three people were arrested after a four-month investigation led to a drug raid at a Cedartown home Monday.

According to a press release from the Polk County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET), the three arrested were Leyber Santana Pineda, 33, Hubert Santana Pineda, 28, and Rosalba Duarte Pineda, 22, all of 115 North Estes St., Cedartown.

All three face charges of methamphetamine trafficking, methamphetamine possession with intent to distribute, possession of drug-related objects and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

Police said they raided the North Estes Street home Monday night after obtaining information regarding methamphetamine distribution. The information came as the result of a four-month investigation, the press release said.

The three were in possession of a quarter-pound of methamphetamine, digital scales, and packaging materials at the time of the raid.

Police also found a loaded handgun in the residence, reports state.

The Paulding County Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit assisted in the raid. All three suspects remain in Jail as of Wednesday.

The Polk County Police Department and NET encourages anyone with drug-related information to contact them at 678-757-9616 or tipline@polkcountygeorgia.com. All information will be in confidence.

Now I wish I had a dime

for every single time

I've gotten stared down

For being in the wrong side of town.

And a rich man I'd be

if I had that kind of chips

lately I wanna smack the mouths

of these racists.

Now why don't you look down

to where your feet is planted

That U.S. soil that makes you take sh** for granted

BROWN PRIDE ALL THE WAY

@ ec145: to begin with in every group including Americans, African Americans, and Hispanics theres drug dealers, good hard working people, High, Middle, & Lower class. If the United States would come up with a plan to fingerprint everyone that comes in the U.S. and give them a work permit and a social security card there wouldn't be a lot of people not paying taxes. Try to put yourself in their shoes. Learn your facts first before you post things like this... you dont even know what our own government is doing to all the Hispanics.. They are Human beings also and have Human rights. And I agree with you I don't want trash like this here in our country but not only because these three are drug dealers does it mean that every single Hispanic out there is...

Another fine example of a trio of drug dealers. This is proof the borders need to be sealed and trash like this should have never been allowed to enter the United States. They will be back on the streets in a few months selling drugs again. When will our politicians do the right thing and vote to close the borders. Their main goal is to be re-elected instead of protecting real American tax paying law abiding citizens.
