Mr. Headrick was born on July 9, 1952 in Polk County, to his parents, the late Edward and Lillie Mae Porter Headrick.
He is survived by his wife, Patty Coker Headrick; his grandmother, Lula Mae “Granny” Porter; his brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Ruth Headrick; his sisters and brothers-in-law, Helen and Ronnie Kirkpatrick and Marlene White.
An uncle, aunt and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
Mr. Headrick was cremated and a memorial service will be planned at a later date and time.
