Reports state the fire began at a group of three apartments on Cason Road around 4:15 a.m. Friday morning.
Although officials believe residents were home, there were no injuries reported. The American Red Cross found a place for the family to stay in its First Night Out program, officials said.
Officials do not know what sparked the blaze.
