Redmond Regional Medical Center will host a wellness seminar titled "How to Ace your Physical" at Richardson Field Depot in Rockmart on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Reden Delgado, MD, of Redmond Family Care Family at Rockmart, will discuss ways to naturally manage cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge to be able to ace their next annual physical.

The event is open to the public and is free of charge, however space is limited.
