The National Junior Honor Society of Cedartown Middle School helped with the observation of Red Ribbon Week at CMS.

The NJHS officers came to school early to greet students in the commons area to pass out “Smarties” candies as they entered their grade level hallways to start the day. Students were told, “Be a smartie…stay drug free!”

Officers for the 2011-12 school year are: President, Megan Gravett, Vice President, Rebeka Neal, Secretary Holly Robinson, Historians, Tanner Mehrkens and Maggie Marchbanks, Reporter, D.J. Conner.
