The youth of Rockmart will have four days this summer to learn from the best fast-pitch softball players and coaches that the city of Rockmart has to offer.

Head coach Steve Luke and his players will conduct their annual camp June 25-28 at the Rockmart High School softball field and hitting facility. This will be the 10th annual camp under Luke.

According to Luke, the Lady Jackets are coming off another successful season on the field. They went 22-10, had four players sign college scholarships and had a player nominated as Player of the Year for the Rome News-Tribune All-Area team.

Luke is inviting youth out to learn the fundamentals from him and those players and to see the new field updates.

The camp is for ages four to high school players. It is from 10 a.m. until noon each day, and the cost is $45, which includes a T-shirt. All checks should be made payable to Rockmart High School.

For more information, contact Luke at 706-506-9027.
