He was born in Floyd County on June 23, 1944, the son of Charlotte Moore Blair and the late Otis L. Blair, Jr.
Mr. Blair was a 16-year employee of the Hubbard Company and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Kirby Blair.
Survivors include his wife, Nan Clark Blair of Bremen; daughters and son-in-law, Kristi Blair of Roanoke, Va., and Allison and Dwight Jones, Alpharetta; his mother, Charlotte Moore Blair of Cedartown; sister and brother-in-law, Sharon and Woody Chilcoat of Roanoke, Va. and two grandchildren, Joshua Jones and Phoebe Jones of Alpharetta.
Services were held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 16 from the Calvary Baptist Church with Dr. J. Howard Mills, Rev. Chris Hearne and Rev. Bill Buttram officiating.
Interment was in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Randy Smith, Noah Mills, Randy Mills, Christopher Cox, Joe Corley and Russell Shadrix.
Hightower Funeral Home in Bremen was in charge of the arrangements.
