She was born on April 9, 1920 in Carroll County, daughter of the late J. W. Cash and the late Pearl Smith Cash.
Mrs. Ferguson was retired from the Rockmart Nursing and Rehabilitation Center and was a member of the Euharlee Baptist Church of Aragon.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Ezra Ferguson on Nov. 12, 1983; a daughter, Jerline Sanders Morgan on May 22, 2012; six sisters, Mamie East, Annie Ruth Robinson, Lula Mae Robinson, Rilla Causey, Ida Lou Wigley and Lois Streetman and three brothers, Jake Cash, Harvey Cash and Ollie Cash.
Survivors include eight grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 11 in the Euharlee Baptist Church of Aragon with Rev. Stephen Moore, Rev. Dewey Atchley and Rev. Will Allen officiating.
Interment services followed in the family lot of Hills Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The following gentlemen served as pallbearers: Andrew Womack, Brandon Williamson, Russ Shaw, Mike Brownlow, Bean Ferguson, Danny Ferguson and Olin Streetman.
