He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Mr. Bailey is survived by mother, Susan Shelley; sister, Deanna Cook; niece, Stella Cook; aunts, Jimmie Lea Camp and Dianne Godfrey and uncle, James Kato. Many cousins and their children also survive.
In keeping with Mr. Bailey’s wishes, he was cremated.
