Be prepared to take a detour route when traveling along Main Street at least until Tuesday.

The railroad tracks near the Cedartown Depot are undergoing repairs amd that area of Main Street is currently impassable.

Traffic is being rerouted and directed over the College Street Bridge.

Officials with CSX Railroad have been working on repairs to the track since Saturday, Feb. 9. The tracks will reopen on Tuesday, Feb. 12.

Commuters are advised to follow posted detour routes and to allow additional travel time until the crossing reopens.
