According to the docket book at the Polk County Jail:

Joshua David Bagwell, 17, 414 Pine Mountain Road, Rockmart, was arrested April 9 and charged with aggravated assault. He was released on a property bond.

Jose Majia Martin, 22, 207 Cobb St., Cedartown, was arrested April 10 on charges of open container, DUI, driving without a license, suspended registration, and giving a false name. He was released on a property bond.

James Edward Hendrix, 36, 88 Portland Circle, Aragon, was arrest April 11 on charges of possession of tools for the commission of a crime, methamphetamine possession, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of drug related objects. He remained in the Polk County Jail Friday.

William Harold Amos, 28, 10705 Twin Oaks Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested April 11 on charges of possession of a schedule II drug, a schedule IV drug and possession drugs not in original container. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Shannon Lamar Hayes, 30, 221 Sorrellus Road, Rockmart, was arrested April 11 on charges of methamphetamine possession, possession of tools for the commission of a crime, and possession of drug related objects. He was released on a property bond.

Jeffery Todd Bannister, 43, 406 Pine St., Rockmart, was arrested April 11 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; methamphetamine possession, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of drug related objects.

Angela Marie Hunt, 41, 406 Pine St., Rockmart was arrested April 11 on charges of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, methamphetamine possession, possession of tools for the commission of a crime and possession of drug related objects. She was released on her own recognizance.

Shonta Annette Greer, 21, 109 Springfield Height Plantation, Hoganville, was arrested April 12 on charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threats and third degree cruelty to children all under the Family Violence Act (FVA).

Jason Lance Glenn, 26, 126 B Beech St., Rockmart, was arrested April 12 on charges of disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, and marijuana possession. He was released on a property bond.

Phillip Edward Hollis, 25, 21 Walnut St., Aragon, was arrested April 13 on charges of simple assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Robbie Lee Jordan, 54, 190 Cashtown Road, Aragon, was arrested April 14 on a battery charge. He was released on a property bond.

Donald Hoyt Vessell, 34, 602 College St., Rockmart, was arrested April 15 on charges of driving on a suspended license, and affixing a plate with intent to conceal. He was released on a property bond.

John Gary Spann, 54, 902 Old Summerville Rd., Rome, was arrested April 15 on charges of DUI, failure to maintain lane, and open container. He was released on his own reconnaissance.

Ellen Victoria Peterson, 20, 486 John Redding Rd., Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on a forgery charge. She remains in the Polk County Jail.

Christopher Lamont Darden, 25, 823 Forest Ave., Rockmart, was arrested April 16 on charges of selling marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, and marijuana possession. He was released on his own reconnaissance.

Johnathan Scott Fowler, 26, 918 Davenport St., Cedartown, was arrested April 16 on charges of selling marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and marijuana possession. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Charles Allen Reshad Jones, 22, 909 North Bellview Rd. Aragon, was arrested April 18 on charges city traffic charges, obstruction, driving with a revoked license, no seatbelt and DUI. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Arthor Lee Thomas Jr., 228 North Bellview Rd., Aragon, was arrested April 18 on charges of DUI and an auxiliary light violation. He was released per request of the Aragon Police Department.

Kenneth Wesley Martin, 54, 161 Stilesboro Rd., Cartersville, was arrested April 18 on charges of speeding, driving with a suspended license and no tag. He remains in the Polk County Jail.

Solomon James Prescott, 20, 701 S. College St., Cedartown was arrested April 18 on a charge of battery. He was released on a property bond.
